Mhsrp Ii Project ( L & T Ltd.)

We are set up at A-3 Shivsagar Tenament over on Khalkshahpir Road. It is a residential-style area so it does not feel like a cold office building at all. Patan is where we are based for this project. The street gets a lot of local traffic during the day. We have been here for a bit now, working out of this space. It has a kitchen area and a few rooms that we turned into workspaces. The fan in the main room makes a bit of a clicking sound but it keeps us cool enough. We usually have maps and charts pinned to the walls. It is a practical place to be for the Mhsrp Ii Project. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow in this part of town, so we just wait. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. It is not the kind of place with a lobby or a receptionist. You just walk up to the door. We keep the files organized as best as we can in the cupboards. Working from a tenement makes the days feel a bit more relaxed than a high-rise. We drink a lot of chai while we talk through the project details. It is just a normal spot in Maharashtra where the L & T Ltd. crew stays busy. The rent is fair and it serves our needs for the time being while we get things done.
