You can find Vishwa Developers over near the Memnagar Lake area. We’re specifically located at Vishwa Lake Iksa, which is on the 132 Feet Ring Road. It’s that section that goes from Helmet Circle over toward the AEC Cross Road. If you pass by the Divyapath School, you’re basically there since we’re right behind it. Rajvi Opal is another landmark people usually recognize when they are trying to find the office. Working near the lake is alright, though we’re mostly inside looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. The area has changed quite a bit since we first started out. It used to feel a bit quieter, but now there’s always something going on. We handle the development side of things, so there is a lot of back and forth with site visits and paperwork. It gets a little hectic when we have several things moving at once. We aren't really the type to put on a big show. We just sit at our desks, answer the phone, and try to keep the projects moving along. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when we need a break. The school kids are always around in the afternoons, making the street pretty lively. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work that needs finishing each week. No fuss about it.
