Our office is up on the tenth floor of Sarjan Towers in Mem Nagar. Being in A-1002 gives us a decent view of the surroundings, which is nice when you need a short break from looking at blueprints and data. Xix Mansions & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is focused on the building side of things. Our team is small, mostly just a few engineers and some admin staff who keep the wheels turning. The office is usually a bit chaotic with rolls of drawings and stacks of site reports everywhere you look. We don't spend money on interior designers or fancy art; we’d rather have better equipment for our engineering work. Mem Nagar is a good part of the city to be in, and the tower is easy for people to find. We have a small pantry where we make tea and coffee, and that’s usually where the best ideas happen during a break. It’s a straightforward place with a lot of light from the windows. We don’t use corporate jargon or have big meetings about vision statements. We just talk about what needs to be built and how to get the materials to the site on time. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, but we manage. It’s a real office with real people working hard. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay for the long haul.
