Meet Plastic

Meet Plastic is located up on the second floor at 24, in the building numbered 13 in Nehru Place. Nehru Place is always a chaotic and loud area to work in. There are people everywhere, hawkers selling food, and tons of electronics and plastic stuff being moved around on carts. Our spot is a bit smaller than some of the others in the building, but we make it work for us. It’s a lot of stairs to climb since the lift is often broken or just too slow to wait for. Once you finally get to the second floor, you’ll find our door. We have piles of samples, plastic bits, and old catalogs sitting around on every surface. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and the inventory we try to keep on hand. We’ve been in Nehru Place for many years now. You get used to the constant noise from the street below and the shouting of the vendors. We handle all sorts of plastic goods for different needs. It’s a busy life. We spend a lot of time talking to people who walk in off the street or calling up our suppliers to check on orders. The office has those old fluorescent lights that flicker sometimes and make a buzzing sound. We just ignore it and keep working. We don't have fancy uniforms or a dedicated reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. It’s an honest, simple way to do business. We know the other folks on the second floor too.
