Mediwin Pharmaceuticals is located in the GIDC area of Naroda, specifically at 128/A in Phase-I & II. If you know Naroda, you know it’s a heavy industrial zone. There are factories and warehouses everywhere you look. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is a typical industrial setup, nothing very pretty but it works for what we need. We spend our days making sure the pharmaceutical products are handled correctly. There is a lot of machinery and equipment that needs constant checking, which takes up a lot of our time. It’s dusty and loud outside because of all the trucks moving through GIDC, but inside we try to keep things as clean as possible. It’s a requirement in this line of work. We have a crew that comes in shifts. Some of us have been working in Naroda for decades. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; we just stick to our routine and fulfill the contracts we have. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we have to meet a deadline. We just keep our heads down and do the job. There’s always some maintenance to do or some new regulation we have to read up on. It’s just how the pharma business goes in an industrial estate like this. We are just one of many businesses here trying to get things right.
