Mayflower Woman'S Hospital is situated right on the 132 Feet Ring Road, specifically at the Manav Mandir Drive In Junction in Memnagar. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic filtering into the building. The hospital is a hive of activity from early morning until late at night. We focus on women’s health, so we see a lot of expectant mothers and patients coming in for various reasons. The lobby is usually filled with families. We have several floors, and the elevators stay busy all day. It is a practical place. We have not spent much on fancy interior design; we focus more on having the equipment and the space we need. The nurses are always on the move, and the doctors are usually rushing between consultations and the operating theater. Being at such a major junction means we are easy to find, but it also means it is never truly peaceful. Even at night, you can hear the city moving outside. We have a small canteen where the staff grabs a quick bite or a cup of tea between shifts. It is a high-energy environment, and things can get stressful, but that is just the nature of hospital work. We have been part of this Memnagar landscape for a while now, and we have seen a lot of changes on the Ring Road over the years.
