You can find us at Mars Management Consulting right on the ground floor of the Surmount Building. We are in Office No 912, which is easy to spot once you get onto Gurudwara Road. Being right across from the Iscon Mega Mall on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around. It’s a busy spot, but it’s convenient for getting things done. We spend most of our time talking to people about their businesses and trying to help them figure out their next steps. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit enough chairs for everyone. There’s usually a lot of paper flying around and several half-empty coffee mugs on the tables. We don’t really go for the high-end corporate look. We prefer just sitting down and having a real conversation about work. Sometimes the noise from the highway gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and know the security guys and the other shop owners nearby. It’s a good community. We aren't flashy consultants with fancy presentations. We just listen to what’s going wrong and try to offer some practical advice based on what we’ve seen over the years. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of thinking, but we enjoy the variety of people who walk through our door.
