Mark Transmission

Mark Transmission is over in Phase 4 of the Vatva GIDC, right near Benzo Products. If you get lost, just look for the big Benzo sign and we are right nearby at Plot No. 3217. We deal with gears and transmissions, which means there’s a lot of metal clinking and the sound of belts running. It’s a noisy place to spend eight or ten hours a day. We have a small office, but most of the time we’re out on the floor with the guys. We aren't a big company with a HR department or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the parts we produce actually turn the way they should. Sometimes we get an order that's a bit unusual, and we have to spend a lot of time scratching our heads and looking at diagrams to figure out how to make it work. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over. That’s just the way it goes when you’re working with machinery. We keep a stash of old parts in the corner because you never know when some weird piece of metal will come in handy. The tea stall down the road is where we usually go when we need a break from the noise. It’s just honest work, nothing more and nothing less. We take care of the machines, and they take care of us.
