We’re over at Jalaram Estate, specifically at units 28 and 29. It’s right near the Sanand Railway Crossing in Sarkhej. If you’ve ever been stuck at that crossing waiting for a train, you’ve probably seen our sign from your car window. We go by Map Auto Ltd, though some people know the other name we use, Windshield Experts. We’ve been at this location for a good while. Dealing with car glass means we need the extra space we have here in the estate to move vehicles in and out. It’s a dusty area sometimes, especially with the trains and the heavy traffic, but it’s a good spot for what we do. We spend most of our time working on vehicles that come in with cracked or broken glass that needs replacing. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at. We’ve got our tools spread out on the benches and there’s usually a car or two being worked on at any given time. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches or fancy talk. If a windshield is broken, it needs fixing, and that’s what we do. The railway crossing can be a bit of a pain for getting in and out quickly, but we’ve managed to make it work for us. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We're just local workers trying to stay busy and do the job right. Some days the heat in Sarkhej is something else, but we keep the doors open and just get through the work. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be here.
