Manu Manufactures (P) Ltd.

We are located on Baruipur Road, specifically near the Post Office in Chakenayat Naar. This is out in the South 24 Paraganas area. Manu Manufactures (P) Ltd. is a place where things actually get made. The building is a bit old and the machines make a lot of noise during the day. We have a crew that comes in early to get the production lines started. It’s not a clean, white-carpet office. It’s a factory floor with grease, metal, and the smell of industrial work. We have trucks coming in and out on Baruipur Road to pick up the finished goods. The office part is just a couple of desks near the front where we handle the paperwork and the orders. It can get quite hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from long-standing contracts and people who know our manufacturing quality. We’ve been in Chakenayat Naar for a long time. The workers here are mostly from the nearby villages. We deal with raw materials every day and turn them into something useful. It is a lot of heavy lifting and careful monitoring of the equipment. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, run the machines, and make sure the orders go out on time. It’s a tough business but we’re proud to be part of the local industry.
