Manish Pharma Lab

Our lab is situated at 5 GIDC Hansalpur in Viramgam. If you know the GIDC areas, you know they are pretty industrial and straightforward. There isn’t much in the way of scenery, but it’s the right place for the kind of pharma work we do at Manish Pharma Lab. The air is often a bit dusty outside from all the construction and trucks, but inside we try to keep things as clean as possible. It’s a quiet building most of the time, except for the hum of the equipment. We spend our days wearing white coats and looking at samples or checking the machines. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve gotten into a good rhythm with it. Viramgam is a bit of a distance for some of us, but we don’t mind the commute because the work is steady. We have a small breakroom where we keep a kettle and some biscuits for when we need a breather. There are no fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some safety charts that have been there for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest lab out there; we just want to make sure our batches are consistent and that we don’t make any mistakes. It’s honest work, and the people here are good at what they do without needing a lot of praise for it.
