Omega Industries

Omega Industries is located in the cellar of Block 5 at Marutinandan Appartments. It is an interesting spot because we are right under where people live. Our entrance is down the stairs, and it stays much cooler down there during the summer than it does on the street level. We are directly opposite the Physical Research Ground in the Khokra area of Maninagar. You can see people walking or playing on the ground when you come up for air. Being in a cellar means we don't get a lot of natural light, so we have plenty of tube lights fixed to the ceiling. It can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials delivered, but we’ve learned how to stack things to save space. The walls are just plain concrete and the floor is hard. Sometimes you can hear the footsteps or the sounds of daily life from the apartments above us. Maninagar is a very busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We mostly stay down in our unit and get through the day’s work. It is a quiet existence for the most part, even if the city outside is noisy. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. If you come to see us, you’ll just find us working at the benches or checking the inventory in the back.
