Industrial Product Profile

Our setup is located in Himani Apartments, unit 406. It is near Kumkum School on the Cadila Road over in Godasar. It’s a residential-style building but we run our industrial supply business from here. It gets interesting because you have the school noise nearby during the day and then our work happening inside. We deal with various industrial profiles and products that companies around Ahmedabad need. There are stacks of catalogs and samples sitting around the office. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a new shipment of samples arrives. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down orders. It isn't a factory floor, more like the place where all the planning and ordering happens. The walk up to the fourth floor keeps us moving since we don't always use the lift. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. Godasar is a busy area, especially with all the traffic on Cadila Road. We’ve been working from this spot for a while. It’s a simple arrangement that suits us. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the right products get to the right people. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just a normal day-to-day grind for us. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on our old computers. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of town.
