Advait Industries

Our place, Advait Industries, is located in Maninagar. We are near the Ghodasar Canal Road, specifically in the Ghanshyam Nagar Society at Saikrupa. It’s a residential-ish area but we have our industrial setup here. The canal road is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. We do various manufacturing and assembly work. The floor is concrete and usually has some metal scraps or tools lying around. We don't have a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to the door. We’ve been working out of this society for a long time. Most of the neighbors know us by now. It’s not a shiny factory. It’s a practical space where we get our hands dirty. We have a few machines that we bought second-hand. They work fine but they need a lot of oiling. We don't use fancy jargon or have long meetings. We just talk over the noise of the machines. The light coming in from the window is usually enough during the day. We drink tea in the morning and start the work. It’s a simple life. We make sure the orders are packed properly before they go out. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what’s comfortable for the job. It's just a local workshop. We try to finish the loud work before it gets too late.
