Aditi Construction

Our office for Aditi Construction is situated right near Jayhind Char Rasta. If you've spent any time at that intersection, you know it's always humming with noise and people moving about. We’ve been set up here for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent dealing with smaller building jobs and general repairs around the neighborhood. You will usually see our old truck parked somewhere close by, though finding a spot can be a nightmare. The guys are always on the move, so there isn't much sitting around in the office. Sometimes we just meet up at the tea stall nearby to discuss the day's plan. It’s easier than trying to huddle around a cramped desk. We aren't a big firm with fancy suits or anything. We're just local workers. When a neighbor has a problem with a wall or a roof, they often just flag us down on the street. We try to lend a hand where we can. This business is tough because things rarely go exactly as you expect. A delivery might be late or the rain might stall a project for days. We’ve had to learn to be patient. My desk is usually covered in old drawings and half-finished coffee, but it works for me. We just keep working away and don't worry about being the biggest or the most famous.
