Shiv Developers

Our office is at 22, Navyug Society on S M Road. It’s an old building, nothing flashy or modern. Shiv Developers has been operating from this corner for quite some time now. S M Road gets really crowded during the morning rush, so we usually try to get in early to avoid the worst of the traffic. We have a few desks and some plastic chairs for when people visit. It feels more like a house than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. Most of our neighbors in the society know us by name. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans spread out on the table. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us through the window. We handle a lot of the local building work around this neighborhood. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the tea guy is late, but we manage to get things done. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from filing to site visits. We don't have fancy brochures or websites. If someone wants to know what we are building, we just show them the actual site down the road. Being in Navyug Society makes it easy for locals to drop by and chat about their property needs without an appointment. It's a quiet enough place most afternoons. We keep our files in old cabinets and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon. But it works for what we do every day.
