Mallinath Motors

Mallinath Motors is located at shop number 40 in Adwani Market. It’s right there by Delhi Gate on Shahibaug Road. If you know the traffic around there, you know it’s always moving and people are always in a hurry. We’ve been handling motor stuff for quite some time now. The shop isn’t huge but we make it work. Most days are spent looking under hoods or dealing with parts spread out on the floor. It’s a lot of grease and a lot of bolts. People come by because they have a problem with their vehicle and they want it sorted. We don't do anything fancy here. We just look at what's broken and see how to fix it. Sometimes it takes a few hours, sometimes it takes all day if the part is hard to find. Shahibaug Road is always noisy, so we are used to the sound of horns and engines. We have some regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know where to find us. We keep the tools organized, or at least we try to. The market gets crowded on the weekends. We grab tea from the stall nearby when things get slow. It’s a decent living. We don't have a shiny showroom or a lobby with air conditioning. It’s just a garage where work gets done. You can find us at the market most mornings. We don't talk much, we just get to the engines and figure it out.
