Our office for Malibu Plastica Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of Navdeep House, which sits right on Ashram Road. If you know Ahmedabad, you know that Ashram Road is always packed with cars and people, so it’s a very energetic place to work. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a distance from the street noise, but you still feel the pulse of the city. We handle a lot of the administrative side of the plastic business here, so there are always files and folders covering the desks. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular workplace where we spend our hours on the phone or typing away at the computers. Sometimes we have samples of different plastic products lying around the office, which can make things look a bit messy. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but they keep us moving. We spend a lot of time talking to the production teams and making sure the logistics are sorted out. It’s a lot of coordination and checking numbers. On the weekends, it gets a little quieter, but during the week, it’s all go. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and make sure the orders are moving along the way they should be. It’s a simple setup that works for us and the people we deal with daily.
