Malibu Plastica Pvt. Ltd. is located over at A-2/51 in the Management Enclave area of Vastrapur. Ahmedabad is a fast city but our little corner is a bit more settled. We deal with plastics mostly. It’s a lot of technical stuff that we’ve had to learn over the years. My brother and I took over the management here and it’s been a lot of work getting everything organized. The office isn't very big but we have enough room for the desk and the filing cabinets. We spend most of our time talking to manufacturers and making sure the plastic supplies are arriving on time. Sometimes the samples we get aren't quite right so we have to send them back and start over. It can be frustrating but that is just the nature of this business. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and keeping the records straight. The Enclave is a decent place to work out of even if parking is a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. We’ve got a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting when the shipments arrive. We just try to stay honest and do the work without making too much of a fuss. It’s a practical life and we are happy enough with how things are going at the moment with the daily grind.
