Make Well Bearing Centre

Make Well Bearing Centre is on the first floor of Hira Panna Commerce House, right near Zakaria Masjid on Relief Road. If you know this area, you know it is one of the busiest places to be in the whole city. Our shop at 124 is always filled with the sound of the traffic and the calls from the street below. We deal with bearings of all sizes, so there are boxes stacked everywhere you look, even in the hallway. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a few people in the shop at once. We spend a lot of our time looking through catalogs or searching the shelves for a specific part number that someone needs for a machine. The metal parts can be heavy and a bit greasy, so our hands are rarely clean by the end of the day. We have a small counter where we talk to customers and write out the bills by hand. There isn't any air conditioning, just a couple of fans that we keep running all day to move the air around. We get a lot of people coming in who are trying to fix something and need just the right size bearing to get it running again. We do our best to help them find it. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. After work, we close the metal shutters and head home.
