We’ve been here at Satyasankalp Realty for a while now, right beside Orchid Exotica. It is a busy spot but we like it. Most days start with opening up the office and getting some tea while we look over the paperwork for the day. Being in real estate means there is always something going on, whether it's people calling about houses or just someone stopping by to ask for directions because they got a bit lost looking for the landmark next door. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we get our work done and talk to people who are looking for a place to stay or invest. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We know the area pretty well since we spend most of our time right here. It is nice seeing the neighborhood change over the years. We just try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. If you are near Orchid Exotica, you will probably see our sign. We don't really do the big corporate stuff, it's just a few of us here trying to help people find what they need in the local market. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking listings, but it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up in the evening. That’s pretty much how things go for us. We just take things one day at a time.
