Kish Developers

We’ve been running Kish Developers for a good bit now, right here near Dav School. Most days you’ll find us in the office or out on a site nearby, probably dealing with some dust or checking on materials. It’s not the quietest spot with the school being right there, but it keeps things lively. People usually find us just by asking around the neighborhood. We aren't into those big shiny billboards or anything. We mostly just focus on the job at hand and try to get things done without too much fuss. Building stuff takes time, and there are always little hiccups along the way, like late deliveries or the weather not cooperating. That’s just part of the work though. We grew up around here, so we know the streets pretty well. If you walk past the school, you can usually spot our setup. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a team of people in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work boots, making sure the walls are straight and the roofs don’t leak. Sometimes we get behind on the paperwork because we’re too busy actually building, but we catch up eventually. It’s honest work, and we like being part of how the area is growing. There’s always a new project starting up somewhere on the block. We just take it one day at a time, making sure each house or building gets the attention it needs before moving to the next.
