Gujarat Safety is spread out a bit, but most of our daily grind happens over at Patel Estate. We’re right opposite the Ratndeep Hotel on Sarkhej Road, which is a good landmark because people always get lost trying to find the specific plot numbers around here. Plot No. 51 in Phase 1 of Gidc is where the heavy lifting happens. We also have that spot in Bharuch near the water tank at Avsar Chokdi. It’s a lot of driving back and forth between Ahmedabad and Bharuch sometimes. The roads get rough, especially during the monsoon, but the trucks have to move. We deal with safety stuff, mostly things that people need to stay protected while they work. It’s not glamorous. It’s boxes and dusty shelves and checking lists twice. The office in Makarba is a bit quieter, but the Gidc site is always loud with something going on next door. We’ve got a small team, just folks from the local area who know the business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just answer the phone and try to get the orders right. If we don’t have something, we say so. It’s better to be straight with people. The weather gets incredibly hot in Ahmedabad, so we try to get most of the moving done early in the morning. By noon, everyone is looking for shade. We've been around these parts long enough to know everyone in the neighborhood. That is how it goes here.
