Our little setup is right near Satyadeep Hights, so we have a good view of how the neighborhood is developing. At Balleshwar Builders, we don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. The office is just a practical space where we keep our files and take our phone calls. Most of our real work happens outside, where the noise and the dust are. We’re often seen walking back and forth between the heights and our site office, usually carrying a level or some rolls of paper. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know how to do. The area around Satyadeep Hights is growing, and we’re just doing our part in that process. We don't have a set of fancy values printed on the wall. We just show up on time and make sure the materials are used properly. Sometimes we disagree and there’s a bit of an argument about how to handle a specific problem, but we always figure it out in the end. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon when we can sit for a minute. We just keep plugging away, one day at a time, making sure each step of the building process is handled correctly. It’s simple, honest work that doesn't need a lot of explanation. We’re just local people building things in our own neighborhood, and that’s plenty for us to focus on.
