We are over in Valam, which is part of the Visnagar taluka in Mehsana. It’s a small place but there is always something that needs fixing. As maintenance engineers, we spend our days looking at machinery and building systems. It's not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Usually, we are covered in a bit of grease or dust. We’ve been in this district for a long time. People here know that if something stops working, they can come find us. We don't have a flashy website or a big sign. We just work from our spot in the village. It’s simple living and honest work. Sometimes parts are hard to find, so we have to get a bit creative with repairs. That’s just how it goes in rural areas. We take pride in the fact that things stay running because of our efforts. It’s a quiet life in Gujarat, but the work is steady. We handle everything from motors to basic wiring. You won't find us sitting in an office much. Most of the time we are out at a workshop or someone's farm. We don't talk much about strategies or missions. We just look at the machine, figure out why it died, and get it humming again. It’s practical, everyday engineering for the people around here. We just want to keep things in working order for our neighbors. Every job is a new puzzle to solve.
