Mahindra Housing Finance is located at 21, Dharmanagar Society. This is in the Dharmanagar part of Sabarmati, right here in Ahmedabad. The office is essentially one of the houses in the society. It’s a very quiet area compared to the main city center, which we appreciate. Sabarmati has a lot of history, and being based in a local society like Dharmanagar makes us feel like part of the neighborhood. Our house number is 21, and it looks just like all the other homes on the block. We have turned the rooms into office spaces where we handle all our housing finance work. It gets very warm in Ahmedabad, so during the afternoons, we mostly stay inside with the coolers running while we check through our paperwork. There isn't any fancy corporate signage, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right house. We know most of our neighbors, and it’s common to see people walking their dogs or kids playing outside while we are working on files. It’s a very simple and honest way to run an office. We don't need a lot of space, just enough for our team to sit down and get the job done. Most of our day is spent talking to people from the surrounding areas who are looking for help with their homes. It’s a comfortable, local spot for us.
