We are located at No. 1 in Soham Industrial Park, which is part of Mahijada village in the Daskroi area. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city, but it’s where all the industrial action happens. Rl Polyfabs Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for a while. The facility is large because we need the space for the machinery and the raw materials. It can get quite loud inside when the machines are running full tilt. We wear our work boots every day and spend a lot of time on the factory floor checking the output. The industrial park is a busy community of different businesses, and we all know the security guards at the main gate. Most of our staff comes from the nearby villages. We deal with polyfabrics, which means there is a lot of stacking and loading going on throughout the day. Trucks come in and out to pick up bundles for delivery. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We don't have a fancy lobby with sofas; our office is just a small partitioned area where the computers and the coffee machine sit. We focus on getting the orders out on time without any fuss. The air out here in Daskroi feels a bit different than the town center. We like the space we have and the fact that we can get things done without being interrupted.
