Mahalaxmi Universal

We’ve been here at 31, New Cloth Market in Sarangpur for a long time now. It is a very busy spot, always something moving or someone dropping by to check on things. Most of our days start quite early because the market gets crowded fast and you want to get the heavy lifting done before the heat really sets in. We handle things here at Mahalaxmi Universal without much fuss or bother. It is just how we do things every day. People come in, they look at what we have got, and we get it all sorted out for them. There is not a fancy office or anything like that to see. Just the big stacks of goods, the old desk, and the usual noise from the street outside that never seems to stop. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the deliveries show up all at the same time, but we manage to get through it. You learn how the market works after being here for so many years. You know all the neighbors, you know exactly when the tea guy comes around with his kettle, and you know how to get things loaded onto the trucks properly. It is not always pretty, especially when the weather is very hot and sticky, but the work gets done. We do not spend much time on the computer or making big future plans. Most of our day is spent right here on the floor.
