Our office is on the first floor of Gandhi Baug Society, right across from Thakorbhai Hall. If you know the Law Garden area in Ahmedabad, you know it gets pretty lively, especially in the evenings when the markets open up. We have been sitting here at Loyal Insurance for years now. Insurance is not exactly the most exciting thing in the world, we know that. It involves a lot of forms, fine print, and explaining things over and over again to people. But it is important work, and we take it seriously. We are not the type of place with a bunch of sales guys in expensive suits trying to pressure you. It is mostly just us in our regular clothes, sitting behind desks that are usually covered in papers. We spend our days talking to people about their cars, their homes, or their health. Sometimes people come in feeling frustrated because of a claim, and we do our best to help them figure out the paperwork so they can get it sorted. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. The view of the Law Garden is nice, though we are usually too busy with files to look out the window much. We do not have any big corporate manifestos. We just want to make sure people are covered when things go wrong. If the elevator is acting up, the stairs are fine. (254 words)
