Lotus Engineers

Lotus Engineers is situated at 164 in the Abhishree Industrial Estate, right behind G.V.M.M. It’s a solid location for an engineering firm. We spend most of our time at unit 164, working through different projects. There is always a drawing on the table or a part being measured. It is an industrial estate, so you expect a certain amount of noise and activity around. We are just a group of engineers and technicians who like to build things. We don't have a fancy front office with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk into the main area and find one of us. G.V.M.M. is the big landmark nearby that helps people find the turn for Abhishree. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works. Some days are longer than others depending on what we are trying to finish. We don't bother with promotional slogans or anything like that. We just look at the specs and do the engineering work. The space is a bit cluttered with tools and materials, but we know where everything is. It’s a real working environment, not a polished corporate space. We just try to do decent work and keep the shop running like it should every day. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a small break to talk about things other than engineering. Then it's back to the lathes and the benches to finish what we started before heading home to our families.
