Longlast Electrical Heaters

You can find us at 6, Shankarlal Estate, right across from Chakudia Mahadev in Rakhial. Longlast Electrical Heaters is a name that’s been around this area for quite some time. The workshop is always warm, partly because of the heaters we make and partly because the building gets the afternoon sun. It’s a busy place with the sound of metal being cut and wires being stripped. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller team where everyone knows what they are doing. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. If you know where we are, you just come by. The estate is a bit crowded, and parking can be a real pain if you have a big truck, but we make it work. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the coils and making sure the insulation is just right. It is repetitive work, but it needs to be done carefully. We take breaks together and talk about the local news or the weather. It is a very relaxed atmosphere even when we are busy. We don't have a human resources department or a marketing manager. If there is a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. We are just a group of people who know how to build heaters, and we do it from this same spot in Rakhial every day.
