We are right above the SBI Bank, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The mall itself is a busy place with people coming in for all sorts of reasons. Looking out the window, you can see the Haweli across the street and all the traffic moving along India Colony Road. Since we only see children, the atmosphere is a bit different from a regular dentist. We have tried to make the waiting room okay for kids, but it is still a clinic at the end of the day. There are some chairs and maybe some old magazines or books lying around. The sound of the drill is something we try to keep quiet, but kids have sharp ears. The staff here is used to the noise and the occasional crying. We deal with a lot of paperwork and scheduling. The mall stairs are a bit steep, so most people use the lift to get up to the first floor. It is a straightforward setup without any unnecessary frills. We have been in this spot for a while and most people in the neighborhood know the building. The sign on the glass door says the name clearly so you won't miss it right across from the Haweli India Colonyn.
