Our unit is at Plot No. 11, inside the Gujarat Laghu Udhyog Vikas Mandal. We are right near Dudheshwar Road. It is a solid industrial area. We have been operating here for a long time, making various small industrial components. The building is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the sign near the main gate. Inside, it is all about the work. We have several machines running most of the day. It gets hot, especially during the summer months, but we have got big windows to let the breeze in. We are not a big corporation, just a small crew of hard workers. Most of us have been doing this for twenty years or more. We take pride in just getting the job done right. We do not spend money on fancy offices or receptionists. If you need something, you just walk in and talk to whoever is not busy at a machine. Sometimes we have lunch together on the shop floor. It is a tight-knit group here in Dudheshwar. We see the same faces every day in the industrial estate. We know the tea stall guy and the delivery drivers well. It is a simple, practical way of life. We focus on the metal and the measurements. That is what matters to us at the end of the day. We have been part of this estate for so long it feels like home now.
