LAXMI REDEVELOPMENTS LLP

We are based out of the Anandnagar Flats in Vejalpur, right near the edge of Prahaladnagar. Our address is 58/108, which can be a little tricky for people to find the first time they visit. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the big commercial hubs. We mostly work on redevelopment projects, which means taking older structures and making them useful again. It’s a lot of work dealing with old foundations and planning how to update things without tearing everything down. The team here is small. We’ve got a couple of guys who handle the site visits and a few of us who stay back to deal with the permits and the municipal office. Vejalpur is a nice neighborhood to work in. There are plenty of good places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We aren't a big fancy developer with a glass showroom. Our office looks like a regular workplace with papers everywhere and a coffee machine that’s always running. We talk to a lot of homeowners and societies who want to fix up their buildings. It takes a lot of patience to get everyone on the same page. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of the rains or waiting for materials to arrive. We just keep plugging away at it. It’s honest work and we like seeing the old buildings look new again. Sometimes we spend hours just explaining the process to a family who has lived in their flat for thirty years.
