Sampad Developers

We are located at Manor Greenz, right across from the hockey ground. It’s also just behind the Ellisbridge Gymkhana, so there is always some sport or activity happening nearby. You can hear the whistles from the games and the shouting of the players sometimes. It makes for a pretty energetic environment to work in. This office for Sampad Developers is where we handle a lot of our planning and client meetings. It’s a nice enough building, though we’ve managed to clutter it up with samples of tiles and bricks over time. We aren't the type to have everything perfectly polished and organized. We know where everything is, and that is what counts. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we’ve seen how things can go wrong if you don’t pay attention. We spend a lot of time just talking things through. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just people who like building things. The gymkhana is a great landmark, so people never have trouble finding us for the first time. We’ve made a lot of friends in the neighborhood just by being here and being easy to talk to. It’s a good way to live and a good way to run a small company.
