Larson & Toubro Ltd.- Ecc Div.

Our office is tucked away in B/8, Amidhara Township, which is over in the Nandewad Road area of Bharuch. Being located near the Nmari Kendra makes it pretty easy for our guys to find us when they come back from the field. This is the ECC Division of Larson & Toubro Ltd. and we mostly focus on the construction projects around Gujarat. It’s a practical workspace with a lot of maps on the walls and stacks of blueprints on the desks. We spend our mornings coordinating with the sites and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. Bharuch gets quite hot in the summer, so the air conditioning here gets a real workout. Most of the people working in this branch have been with the company for a long time. We know each other's families and often share lunch in the small breakroom. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It is just a functional building in a township where we get our daily tasks finished. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we manage to stay on top of the logistics. The neighbors in the township are used to seeing our white company vehicles coming and going at all hours. We are just a local team doing the heavy lifting for the regional infrastructure projects. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much fuss.
