Larsen&Turbo Ltd. (Ecc Div)

You can find us in Viramgam, right outside the Bharwadi Gate. We are situated in the Old Police Line area, just besides the Visva Karma Saw Mill. It’s an easy place to locate because the mill is a bit of a landmark around here. Our branch, the Larsen&Turbo Ltd. (Ecc Div), handles the work for this region. The area can be quite loud with the saw mill right there, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of wood being cut. It’s just part of the background now. The building we’re in isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose. We keep all our equipment and files organized as best as we can in the 382 150 4 area. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We aren't into those big corporate meetings that last all day. We’d rather just talk over a tea and figure out the plan for the morning. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time on site, but this is where the planning happens. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We don't need things to be perfect to do a good job. We just show up, do the work, and stay out of trouble. It's a simple way of living and working that keeps us grounded and focused on what's right in front of us.
