We are set up at D/93 in the Goyal Complex over in Vastrapur. Even though the company name says Larsen And Toubro Ltd, Mumbai, this specific branch is right here in Ahmedabad-380056. The complex is a busy place with plenty of other businesses around us. Our office is where the main coordination for this region happens. It’s a pretty standard layout with desks, a couple of computers, and lots of folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different departments. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early. We’ve been in the Vastrapur area for a while now and we like the location. It’s convenient for getting to different parts of the city. The staff here is a mix of locals and people who moved for the job. We don’t really do anything besides the core business tasks. There’s a small break area where we eat our tiffins and talk about the weekend. It’s not a high-pressure corporate vibe, just people working through their lists. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a basic, functional office that keeps our part of the company moving along in this part of Gujarat.
