Larsen & Toubro Limited - Ecc Division

Our office is located in Sector 4C over in Gandhinagar, at Plot 736/1. It is a fairly quiet area compared to some of the other places we have offices in, which is nice when you need to focus on complex drawings. We have been operating from this spot for a good while, handling the construction and engineering side of things for the division. The building itself is pretty simple and functional. Inside, it is what you would expect—lots of files, some old desks, and maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time coordinating with sites across the region. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes for a bit, but we just manage. It is part of the job. Most of the staff here live nearby, so there is a bit of a local feel to the place. We are not big on corporate speeches or anything like that. We just come in, do the hours, and make sure the projects stay on track. You will usually find someone in the back room checking equipment lists or making calls to suppliers. It is a solid team of people who just want to get the work done right. The nearby shops are where we grab our snacks and take a break. It is a decent place to work, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the sector over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep the work moving.
