L&T,Ecc Division

Our office is located at 11/A in the Bhardwaj Society, which is over in Ahmedabad. Being in a society like this means it’s a bit more of a community feel than being in a big commercial park. We are part of the Ecc Division, and this is where all the local coordination happens. The Gujarat 382480 area is where we spend our days. It’s a pretty basic setup inside. We have the usual desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few computers that have seen better days. But it works for what we need. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate look. Most of us show up in comfortable clothes and just start working on the schedules. The Bhardwaj Society is usually fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the numbers. Sometimes we step outside for a break and see the neighbors going about their lives. It’s a very normal way to work. We don't have any fancy slogans or a big reception desk with a bowl of mints. It’s just a place where we handle the business at hand. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a straightforward existence. We come in, we do the work for the day, and then we head back home. That’s how we like to keep it.
