Uma Homes

You can find our office on the New TP Scheme Road. This is a newer area, so there is construction happening all around us all the time. We are one of the smaller builders working on the homes in this section. Our team is just a handful of local guys who have been in this trade for a very long time. We are not some big corporation from the middle of the city. We live and work right here in the same neighborhood. The road is still getting settled and paved, but we like being in a spot that is clearly growing. Building homes is really the only thing we know how to do well. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of those glossy magazines. We just show people the houses we are actually building. If they like what they see, they buy them. We spend the biggest part of our day out on the actual construction sites. We are always checking the foundations and making sure the brickwork is done right. It involves a lot of walking around in the dirt and dust. Sometimes the paperwork for these TP schemes takes a really long time, which can be quite frustrating for us. But we just keep moving forward. We want to make sure the families moving into our houses are happy with what they get. We use local materials whenever we can. It is just more practical for a small business like ours.
