Over here at Sundaram Realty in Lambha, things move at a bit of a different pace. We aren't one of those high-pressure real estate offices you see in the city center. We’re just local people who know this area inside and out. If you come by, you’ll probably find us just sitting around talking about the latest land prices or who’s building what nearby. We don't have fancy suits or polished pitches. We just tell you what the situation is with a piece of property. Lambha is a place with a lot of history and we try to respect that. We spend a lot of time walking through fields and looking at plots of land. It’s dusty and sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but we’re used to it. We don’t use any marketing tricks or try to make things sound better than they are. If a plot has an issue with the road or the water, we’ll just say so. We live here too, so we have to face our neighbors every day. It’s better to be straight with people. We've seen a lot of people move into the area recently and it’s interesting to see how Lambha is growing. We’re just here to help with the practical side of things, like finding the right spot or getting the documents sorted. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We're just locals helping locals.
