Shantinath Developers is currently working out of Final Plot No. 8 in T P Scheme No. 81. It sounds like a technical address, but it’s just where we’ve set up our home base for now. We spend most of our hours looking at blueprints and walking around the dirt on the plot. Development is a slow process, and we’re right in the middle of it. There are always piles of sand and stacks of bricks lying around. We don't spend much time in a fancy office; we’d rather be on-site seeing the progress for ourselves. Every day there is something different to handle, like a truck that didn't show up or a pipe that’s in the wrong place. We just take it as it comes. It's a lot of coordination with different workers and making sure we stay on schedule, or as close to it as possible. The T P Scheme No. 81 area is busy with new things going up, and we are just one part of that. We know the layout of the plots here pretty well. It’s honest work, even if it gets your boots dirty every single day. We don't have a big marketing team, it's just a few of us making sure the walls are straight and the foundation is solid. We just focus on getting the job done right at Plot No. 8. T P Scheme No. 81 is a large area, and finding Plot No. 8 isn't too hard if you follow the main track.
