Ankitkumar Shah (Prop Of Sambhav Buildcon)

I am Ankitkumar Shah and I run Sambhav Buildcon. Our main office is located behind Upvan Gayatri Exotica, right opposite the Narol Lambha Ring Road. It is a busy area because of the New Tp Scheme Road being developed right now. Usually, it is quite dusty around here with all the construction going on, but that is part of the territory when you are in this business. We have been at this location for a bit, and people sometimes find it hard to spot us because we are tucked away behind the main building, but once you find the ring road, it is easy enough. The office itself is just a simple room with some chairs and a big table where we look at blueprints. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or meeting people who come by to ask about the projects. It is not a polished environment by any means. We have old files stacked in the corner and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. My staff and I just focus on the daily tasks. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just try to get the building work done and handle the permissions from the local authorities. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, or the internet goes slow, but we just keep moving along with the day’s plan.
