Skz Realties is located over where the Old Rupali Theatre used to be. It is a bit of a landmark for people who have lived here long enough to remember going there for movies. Now, the area looks different, but everyone still uses the theatre name to give directions. We ended up here because it is central and everyone knows where it is. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We talk to people about land, houses, and whatever else comes up in the property market. It’s not always easy, especially when the market gets quiet, but we stay busy with the small stuff. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and someone brewing coffee in the back. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is more of a place where you sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what you need. Sometimes the paperwork gets stacked high on the desks, and we spend all afternoon just sorting through files. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the streets and the neighborhoods quite well. It feels good to work in a spot with so much local history, even if the old building is gone now. We’re just local folks doing real estate work in the middle of a city that never stops moving.
