Labh

Labh is based out of Bhuj, and if you know this part of the country, you know it has its own way of doing things. We are a small enterprise and we don't try to be anything bigger than what we are. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it serves us well enough. We’ve been operating here for a bit, handling the daily tasks that come with running a local business. Most of our time is spent talking to people or checking on orders. It gets dusty here sometimes, especially when the wind picks up, so we are always wiping down the desks and shelves. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. If something needs to be fixed, we just get up and do it. It’s a simple setup. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. Every morning we open up, make some tea, and look at the list of things to finish. We don't have a corporate handbook or a set of rules for how to talk to people. We just talk like normal folks. Sometimes things get a bit messy during the busy season, but we manage to pull through. People in Bhuj are straightforward, and we try to be the same way with them. It is just a regular job for us, and we are glad to be part of the community here. There isn't much more to say than that really.
