We’ve been at Indica House for a good number of years now. It’s right on L.B. Shastri Road here in Ahmedabad. Mostly we deal with lab work and medicine production. It gets busy during the mornings when the shifts change. The building itself is easy to spot if you know the road well. We have a few floors dedicated to the different processes. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to keep the staff occupied. We don’t really do much fancy stuff here, just the daily routine of checking batches and making sure things are moving along. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first started out, with more shops and traffic these days. Sometimes it’s a bit of a hassle getting parts delivered because of the main road, but we manage. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so they know the ropes. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just doing the work that needs doing every day. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical bits, but that’s the nature of the industry. We keep the machines running and the place tidy. If you walk past, you’ll probably see a few of the delivery trucks parked outside or the guys taking a quick break by the gate. It's just a regular workplace where everyone puts in their hours and goes home. That's pretty much how it is here for us at Indica Laboratories.
