We are based out of Nagpur, over at the Shri Dutt Apartments. It’s Plot No 02 in the Sai Krupa Society in Narendra Nagar. Vinay Surtiker is the one who keeps things running here. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate office. We like it that way because it’s comfortable and quiet. We spend most of our hours here looking over project details for the division. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so we usually have the AC running if we can, or at least the fans are always on. The office is a bit cramped with all the maps and binders we have to keep, but we make it work. It’s a small team, just a few of us handling the local administrative side of things. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and answers it. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide a base for the engineering and construction tasks in the Maharashtra area. Most of our neighbors are just families, so we try to keep the noise down and just go about our business. It’s a simple, functional space for our daily work. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about much else. It is a decent place to spend the workday.
