Kunal Exim

We operate out of room 201 in the Krishna Complex, which is right on Ashram Road, not far from the RBI building. It’s a very central part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Kunal Exim is a small setup. We don't need a lot of space because most of what we do involves coordinating shipments and handling trade documents. The office is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with various goods for export and import, so we spend a lot of time on the phone with customs agents and shipping lines. It can be a bit stressful when a shipment is delayed at the port, and you’ll often see us pacing around the office while we wait for updates. We aren't fancy people. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon. The building is a bit older, so the corridors are somewhat dark, but our office has enough light. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our brew. We don't really have a big philosophy or a mission statement. We just try to get the goods from point A to point B without too many headaches. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, and we just take it one day at a time.
