KSA Design Planning Services is located at 51/A in the Thakore Baug Flats Annex. We are right across from the Sardar Patel Sewa Samaj Hall in Navrangpura. Navrangpura is a busy area, and there is always some event or noise coming from the hall, but we’ve learned to work through it. Our office is a straightforward space. It’s where we handle all the planning and design tasks that come our way. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s the kind of place where you can see the work happening as soon as you walk in. There are rolls of paper in the corners and markers scattered on the tables. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’re usually too busy looking at blueprints. Our team is small, and we mostly just focus on the tasks at hand, whether that’s drafting a new layout or figuring out the zoning for a project. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the workflow moving. It’s not a high-pressure environment in a corporate sense, but we do care about getting the details right. The building itself is older, which gives it a bit of character. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier to get to different sites around Ahmedabad. Most of our day is spent right here, behind these desks, trying to turn ideas into something workable on paper.
